i´m missing payments for 2 days now, they stay as PENDING, will try to talk with support about it but they are hard to find

my problem is now solved with admin help, be aware of some things so you don´t have the same problem:

-website says min withdraw is 7US for crypto, telegram group says min withdraw is 9US for crypto

the real thing is min withdraw is 9US for crypto, don´t do smaller withdraw or it will stay as pending

then, you will make a 9US withdraw but receive only 7US because there is a 2US comission not explained on the website

doing this, all works ok

since last night my 12.00 usd withdraw is pending and some more people on their telegram channel has the same problem.
